Renovation and Extension
- Payneham South

A rear extension was being added to this home. Fixtures, fittings and materials were needed for the extension, as well as furniture and the renovation and modernisation of the original part of the home.

The vision is for a classic, relaxed, and comfortable home with a welcoming vibe,  that feels finished and complete, and will be viable for sale in the future.

Enhancing  the value of this appealing property and future proofing the home is important. This means  creating an accommodating home for them to be comfortable to live, enjoy hobbies and  interests, and entertain groups of family and friends. Creating a welcoming feel to their  refreshed classic interior that won’t feel dated in 10 years’ time is vital. With lots of greenery, beautiful kitchen and comfortable surroundings that feel relaxed and done/finished.

THE PROPERTY

The original home was built in 1925. It is a character stone- fronted bungalow. It is neither heritage listed, nor does it have historical significance. It currently comprises 2 bedrooms and 2  bathrooms. Renovations were done to the bathroom and an extension to create a master suite completed 5 years ago.

The current rear extension will provide for a Lounge/Kids retreat, ensuite to the second bedroom, Laundry and open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen, plus an outdoor alfresco area.
